How long will we keep your data for?
1.- If you have contacted Redwood via the “Contact” link, we will process your data for the time necessary to resolve that, and in no case for more than 3 months. Redwood will proceed to delete your data once that time has elapsed.
2.- If you have consented to receive commercial communications from Redwood about its products and services, we will keep your data in the system indefinitely, so long as you do not exercise your deletion or opposition rights. Likewise, Redwood may need to communicate the data of candidates to third parties which provide support in the recruitment processes, such as administrative agencies, human resources consultancies, etc.
Outside those cases described above, Redwood does not communicate your personal data to any other third party.
Redwood declares that it has adopted all the security measures necessary to ensure the integrity, security and conservation of the personal data stored in its systems, in accordance with current data protection regulations, acknowledging and appreciating the importance of responsible use of that information.
