If you have filled in your details in the “Contact” section, Redwood will process your personal identification and contact details in order to address your request and to be able to contact you to help you if necessary.

The interested party who wishes to contact Redwood through the website must fill in a form for that purpose, indicating his/her personal data, as well as a message. The basis of the processing of those data by Redwood is the user’s interest in establishing contact with Redwood, and also Redwood’s legitimate interest to be able to attend to any consultations which may be made by clients or simply users of the website who may be interested in Redwood’s services. Likewise, it is the user him/herself who contacts Redwood in order to obtain the information he/she requires.

Likewise, if you explicitly consent by marking the corresponding box, Redwood will process the personal data (only contact details) to send you commercial communications about its products and services, including by electronic means.

How do we gather your data?

The personal data processed by Redwood were provided directly by you by filling in the forms provided for that purpose on the website.

In the case of candidates who apply for positions in Redwood, the company may process data obtained from external sources of interest for recruiting activities, such as Linkedin, provided that the candidate has provided Redwood with data related to his/her profile on that social network in the application.

How long will we keep your data for?

1.- If you have contacted Redwood via the “Contact” link, we will process your data for the time necessary to resolve that, and in no case for more than 3 months. Redwood will proceed to delete your data once that time has elapsed.

2.- If you have consented to receive commercial communications from Redwood about its products and services, we will keep your data in the system indefinitely, so long as you do not exercise your deletion or opposition rights. We remind you that you may exercise your right to not receive any further communications from Redwood at any time.

Who do we disclose your data to?

Redwood has collaborators who provide services, such as computer and website maintenance companies, legal services and administrative agencies, which, in the provision of their services, may access personal data held by Redwood.

Redwood meticulously selects and monitors those third parties, with which it has data protection agreements which oblige them to fulfil a series of obligations with regard to data protection.

Likewise, Redwood may need to communicate the data of candidates to third parties which provide support in the recruitment processes, such as administrative agencies, human resources consultancies, etc.

Outside those cases described above, Redwood does not communicate your personal data to any other third party.

Security Measures

Redwood declares that it has adopted all the security measures necessary to ensure the integrity, security and conservation of the personal data stored in its systems, in accordance with current data protection regulations, acknowledging and appreciating the importance of responsible use of that information.
